The discounted hotel rate has been extended until August 31st. The hotel cancellation policy is the check-in day of your reservation by 4pm. If you need to cancel or change dates, you must contact Robin Walter (contact below) or Reservations Department to let them know, otherwise the room will be released and you are not guaranteed a new reservation.

ICIAR has arranged a discounted rate with the Grand Hotel in Toronto (Conference Venue).

A block of rooms is available at the rate of $169.00 CAD per night, which includes breakfast and free Internet access. This rate is guaranteed only until August 31, 2005, so plan your reservation early enough.
