WestJet Discounted Rate (United States and Canada only)

ICIAR 2005 is pleased to confirm setting up a special 10% discount with WestJet. The booking account #QC #2799 can be used for travel to and from Toronto between the dates of Sept 24 to Oct 2, 2005. For your convenience we have included both fax and email booking request forms. Please submit your booking request forms via fax at 1-800-582-7072 or email [email protected]. The discount is available off the best available regular fare at the time of the booking (excluding seat sales). Attendees must make their travel arrangements through WestJet Specialty Sales Team and quote the account number at the time of booking. Discounted rates are available for travel up to 3 days prior and 3 days after your event. For travel outside of these dates, WestJet will offer the best available fare at the time of booking. Fares are not applicable to group travel. For groups of 10 or more travelling together, please contact WestJet for fare information.
