Camera-Ready Papers

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the camera-ready version of their paper by March 18, 2011. Registration is required by TBA for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (Springer LNCS). Authors should refer to the Author's Instructions on Springer's LNCS web site for details on paper format and to download the style/template files.

Camere-ready Instructions

  1. The number of pages is restricted to 10 pages, single-column, according to Springer LNCS style files. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed for an extra fee per page (please see registration page for details on fees).

    Please carefully take into account the reviewers' comments when preparing the camera-ready version. You can view the reviews through your online account:

    1. Login to the ICIAR 2011 conferece management system at: https://www.aimiconf.org/iciar11/conftool/
    2. Click "Review Result" under the paper title.
    3. The scores given by each reviewer for various criteria are shown.
    4. To access the comments of each reviewer, click "Review 1" or "Review 2" at the top of each review scores column.
  2. Please submit the source files of your camera-ready paper. The PDF file only is not sufficient.

    For papers prepared using LaTeX:

    • the source (input) files: LaTeX files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures,
    • any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN,
    • the final DVI file, and
    • the final PDF file (for reference).

    For papers prepared using Microsoft Word:

    • the source (input) files: DOC/DOCX file,
    • RTF version of the Word file, and
    • the final PDF file (for reference).

    The texts in all files must be identical.

    Please create a ZIP or tar.gz file containing all these items and upload it at conference web site. You can submit more than once, in which case old versions will be overwritten.

    To upload the camera-ready version:

    • Please login using your account at:
      https://www.aimiconf.org/iciar11/conftool/
    • Click the "Upload Camera-Ready Paper" command underneath your paper title to upload the camera-ready version.
    • Make sure the file was uploaded successfully by downloading it from the server and checking its contents.

  3. Authors are required to sign a copyright form provided by Springer.

    • Please download the copyright form from Springer's website. Visit Springer's Information for LNCS Authors page and download the "LNCS Copyright Form" file.
    • Complete and sign the copyright form (it is sufficient if one author from each contribution signs the form on behalf of all the other authors.)

The type of presentation of your paper (oral or poster) will be defined after closing the period for final submission and author registration, and will be based on the fit of papers into sessions.
