Registration Fees

Paper Registration

	Due by April 8, 2011
Paper Registration Fee (1)	CAD $550
Extra Paper Registration Fee (2)	CAD $350
Extra Page Fee (maximum 2 extra pages per paper)	CAD $100

1. Will automatically be used as the Regular Registration for the registering author or co-author.
   Fee includes: Paper Registration (x1), Proceedings (x1), Reception (x1), and Banquet (x1).
2. Second paper (or more) from the same author(s).
   Each extra paper registration can optionally be used as the Student Registration of a student author or co-author.
   Fee includes: Paper Registration (x1) and, if used to register a student, Reception (x1).

1. Fee includes: Regular Registration (x1), Proceedings (x1), Reception (x1), and Banquet (x1).
2. Please fax a proof of student status (e.g. Student ID or letter from department) to +1-519-746-3077 (Attn: Rosalind Klein).
   Fee includes: Student Registration (x1) and Reception (x1). Does not include Proceedings or Banquet.

NOTE: The proceedings book will be handed to those fully registered participants who attend the conference.

• Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard only)

Registration Instructions

Registration using credit card will be handled using an online payment system integrated with the conference management system.

1. Login to the conference management system.
2. Follow the link to "Register as participant".
3. Skip the first step by clicking "Next".
4. Fill the registration form by selecting registration items.
5. Under Payment Method make sure "Credit Card" is selected, and then click "Next".
6. Fill the credit card and billing information, then click "Next".
7. Review the registration summary and total fee, then click "Confirm".
8. Your credit card will be charged with the total fee, and you will get a credit card transaction receipt by email.
9. Official conference receipt will be provided at the conference.

Cancellation

• A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for any cancellation requests received at least 10 days before the conference, i.e. on or after June 12, 2011.
• No refund will be issued for any cancellations received on or after June 22, 2011.
