Camera-Ready Papers
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the camera-ready version
of their paper by March 25, 2013. Registration
is required by April 8, 2013 for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer Lecture
Notes in Computer Science series (Springer
LNCS). Authors should refer to the Author's
Instructions on Springer's LNCS web site for details on paper format
and to download the style/template files.
Camere-ready Instructions
- The number of pages is restricted to 8 pages, single-column, according
to Springer LNCS style files. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed
for an extra fee per page (please see registration
page for details on fees).

Please carefully take into account the reviewers' comments when preparing the camera-ready version.
You can view the reviews through your online account:
- Login to the ICIAR 2013 conferece management system at:
https://www.aimiconf.org/iciar13/conftool/
- Click "Review Result" under the paper title.
- The scores given by each reviewer for various criteria are shown.
- To access the comments of each reviewer, click "Review 1" or "Review 2" at the top of each review scores column.

Please submit the source files of your camera-ready paper. The PDF file only is not sufficient.
For papers prepared using LaTeX:
- the source (input) files: LaTeX files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures,
- any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN,
- the final DVI file, and
- the final PDF file (for reference).
For papers prepared using Microsoft Word:
- the source (input) files: DOC/DOCX file,
- the final PDF file (for reference).
The texts in all files must be identical.
NOTE: Please do adhere strictly to Springer's template files. Any modifications of the default text area size, margins, or font size will
cause a delay in the processing of your paper. The paper will be re-formatted according to Springer's templates which may result in a change in the number of
pages.
Please create a ZIP or tar.gz
file containing all these items and upload it at conference web site.
You can submit more than once, in which case old versions will be
overwritten.
To upload the camera-ready version:
- Please login using your account at:
https://www.aimiconf.org/iciar13/conftool/
- Click the "Upload Camera-Ready Paper" command underneath
your paper title to upload the camera-ready version.
- Make sure the file was uploaded successfully by downloading it
from the server and checking its contents.
Authors are required to sign a copyright form provided by Springer.
- Please download the copyright form from Springer's website.
Visit Springer's Information for LNCS Authors page
and download the "LNCS Copyright Form" file.
- Complete and sign the copyright form (it is sufficient if one
author from each contribution signs the form on behalf of all the
other authors.)

indicating in the subject: "ICIAR 2013: Copyright form for paper ID", where ID is the ID of your paper.
The type of presentation of your paper (oral or poster) will be defined
after closing the period for final submission and author registration,
and will be based on the fit of papers into sessions.
