Paper Registration

  1. Will automatically be used as the Regular Registration for the registering author.
    Fee includes: Paper Registration (x1), USB Proceedings (x1), Reception (x1), Luches (x3) and Banquet (x1).
  2. Second paper (or more) from the same author(s).
    Each extra paper registration can optionally be used as the Student Registration of a student author or co-author.
    Fee includes: Paper Registration (x1) and, if used to register a student, Reception (x1).

  2. Please send a proof of student status (e.g. Student ID or letter from department) by email to Fee includes: Student Registration (x1) and Reception (x1). Does not include Proceedings, Lunches, or Banquet.
  3. There is a limited number of USB and printed book proceedings for purchase at the conference.
  4. The regular registration fees includes lunches. The student registration fee does not include the lunches.

NOTE: The USB proceedings will be handed to those fully registered participants who attend the conference.

Registration Instructions

Registration using credit card will be handled using an online payment system integrated with the conference management system.
  1. Login to the conference management system.
  2. Follow the link to "Register as participant".
  3. Skip the first step by clicking "Proceed to Step 2".
  4. Fill the registration form by selecting registration items.
  5. Under Payment Method make sure "Credit Card" is selected, and then click "Proceed to Step 3".
  6. Fill the credit card and billing information, then click "Proceed to Step 4".
  7. Review the registration summary and total fee, then click "Confirm".
  8. Your credit card will be charged with the total fee, and you will get a credit card transaction receipt by email.
  9. Official conference receipt will be provided at the conference.


  • A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged for any cancellation requests received at least 10 days before the conference, i.e. before June 25, 2017.
  • No refund will be issued for any cancellations received on or after June 25, 2017.
