Paper Registration

Paper Registration Fee ⁽¹⁾	500.00 €
Extra Paper Registration Fee ⁽²⁾	220.00 €
Extra Page Fee (maximum 2 extra pages per paper)	40.00 €

Will automatically be used as the Regular Registration for the registering author or co-author.
Fee includes: Paper Registration (x1), USB Proceedings (x1), Light Lunch (x3), Reception (x1), and Banquet (x1).
Second paper (or more) from the same author(s).
Each extra paper registration can optionally be used as the Student Registration of a student author or co-author.
Fee includes: Paper Registration (x1) and, if used to register a student, Reception (x1).

Please send a proof of student status (e.g. Student ID or letter from department) by email to iciar18@aimiconf.org.
Fee includes: Student Registration (x1) and Reception (x1). Does not include Proceedings, Lunches, or Banquet.
There is a limited number of USB and printed book proceedings for purchase at the conference.
The regular registration fees includes lunches. The student registration fee does not include the lunches. Lunch is at the Axis Vermar Hotel.

Accommodation

We kindly inform that it is possible to book your accommodation at Axis Vermar Hotel, where the conference will take place, through your registration form.

Given the limited number of rooms, we do advise you to make your reservation as early as possible. We have secured competitively priced hotel rooms via the Congress Secretariat at Hotel Axis Vermar with conditions exclusively for attendees of ICIAR 2018.

Special prices for the conference are:

Single Room (breakfast included): € 75,00
Double Room (breakfast included): € 86,50

Booking Procedures

How to Book

Accommodation must be booked through the online registration form on the registration page. Hotel availability will be given on the registration form. Alternatively, e-mail your requirements to Conference Secretariat: lurdes.catalino@abreu.pt or carina.fernandes@abreu.pt who will assist you.

Payment

Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received.

Registration Instructions

Click on the Registration Form link below
In step 1:
- Under the Personal Information section, fill in the main participant details.
- Under the Data for Billing Receipt/Invoice section, fill in the billing details.
In step 2:
- Select Paper Registration Fee and specify the Paper IDs of the accepted papers that will be registered under this registration (comma-separated list of IDs).
- Select Extra Paper Registration Fee if registering more than one paper from the same author(s). If you plan on using the extra paper registration(s) to register student (co-)authors, please specify their names in the provided space.
- Select Extra Page Fee if paying for extra pages (beyond the 8 page allowance; max 2 extra pages per paper).
- Under the Extra Services section, select the extra items you wish to pay for, if any.
In step 3, select your accommodation choice.
In step 4, confirm the summary of your registration and provide payment details.

Online Registration Form

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes to your reservation must be informed in writing to the Conferences Secretariat.

Non-arrival / no show

A non-arrival of first night or no show will not be entitled to any refund.
