Camere-ready Instructions

  1. The number of pages allowed is based on the type of your paper:
    • Regular Papers: 12 pages, with up to 2 extra pages for a fee (see registration page for details)
    • Short Paper 8-9 pages (no extra pages are allowed)
    • Poster Paper 4-5 pages (no extra pages are allowed)

The format is single-column, according to Springer LNCS style files. Springer LNCS author instructions: http://www.springer.com/us/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines

  2. Submit the source files and PDF of your camera-ready paper. The PDF file only is not sufficient.

    For papers prepared using LaTeX:

    • the source (input) files: LaTeX files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures,
    • any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN,
    • the final PDF file (for reference).

For papers prepared using Microsoft Word:

    • the source (input) files: DOC/DOCX file,
    • the final PDF file (for reference).

The texts in all files must be identical.

NOTE: Please do adhere strictly to Springer's template files. Any modifications of the default text area size, margins, or font size will cause a delay in the processing of your paper. The paper will be re-formatted according to Springer's templates which may result in a change in the number of pages.

Create a zip file containing all these items and upload it at conference web site. You can submit more than once, in which case old versions will be overwritten.
